“Decluttering and cleaning up is Staging”
It is not. The truth is that decluttering and cleaning up are expected by buyers when you are selling, but these are only the first steps to Staging.
“I have a nice house, it doesn’t need to be Staged”
While this may be true, all homes benefit from Staging. The process of Staging is not to decorate your home, but to market it, which is much different. In fact, during the process, the decorating you have done may need to be toned down to reflect a more “buyer friendly” look. The goal is to create an atmosphere that a buyer falls in love with.
It needs to present as their next home, not your current home.

Show home may be able to purchase their packages. Whether you buy a package from us or your buyer does, the home will be already designed, color coordinated and professionally set up.
Each package price is based on the inventory in that project and can be priced once the project is complete. Some exceptions apply.
