Her goal is to create a series of great first impressions during your online and “in person” showings. This is easily not accomplished with virtual staging, as the buyers are disappointed with the experience once they arrive & see it empty.

Virtual staging, while offering a cheap price tag, ends up costing you more money in the end, as your home loses opportunities to get offers and sits for sale.

 

Why is this?

 

Buyers have placed your home on their list based in part to the gorgeous online photos. If they arrive and see empty rooms, it is an underwhelming experience, that leaves them with a feeling of being deceived.

This is not a good starting point for an offer to be written.

The other reality is that all the flaws are exposed and suddenly the showing goes from “I can see my family living here, and feeling comfortable” to “Wow, there is a lot of little things that need to be done and why is that switch in the middle of the wall?” The flaws and quirks are exposed for all to see.

Furniture and accessory packages may be purchased instead of rented. Whether you buy a package from us or your buyer does, the home will be already designed, color coordinated and professionally set up.

Each package price is based on the inventory in that project and can be priced once the project is complete. Some exceptions apply.
