This is a unique approach, as I focus mainly on working with Owners who need help to prepare their home for listing.
I believe that if you are in a contract with me you deserve my full attention.
I have 18 years of experience in Home Staging and contractor connections to assist in the process of preparing your home for sale. I will also stage your home as part of my “Real Estate Re-Design” approach.
With thousands of staging projects in my portfolio over the last 18 years, I am very capable of assisting you with the listing and selling process.
Our Pre- Listing Appointment
I will tour your home and present my Staging & Marketing portfolio to you. We will go over my customized Pricing & Marketing plan for your property.
We will discuss it all and decide if our goals are aligned and we want to work together.
I offer a straight up, common sense approach to preparing your home, marketing and pricing it. We discuss all the pro’s and con’s of different options, so you can make an informed decision.
If we proceed together, we will be planning your property preparation plan and staging day is booked.
Once the house is ready for staging, put the coffee on because I am headed over! I will stage your house, right before we list and if required, I will bring in furniture and home décor. I own enough inventory to stage 80- 100 homes a year.

Now that we are Staged and ready, I have professional photos along with RMS measurements completed and then we go live on MLS.
The photos of your property are your first showings, they need to capture the heart of the buyer and get your property put on their Top 10 List.
Gone are the days when buyers looked at a house before seeing it online.
Buyers weed out properties online FIRST, then go see the real gems in person.
My goal is to make your property be a GEM on that Top 10 List.
